  • Do you ship internationally?
    Yes! Moodka ships worldwide. Shipping fees and delivery times may vary depending on your country.


2. Returns & Exchanges

  • Can I return my product?
    Yes, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.

  • How do I start a return?
    Contact our support team at support@moodka.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process.

  • Do you cover return shipping?
    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or defective.


3. Product Information

  • Are the mugs dishwasher safe?
    Yes, our stainless steel mugs are dishwasher safe, but we recommend handwashing to preserve the finish.

  • How long do drinks stay hot or cold?
    Thanks to our double-wall vacuum insulation, drinks stay hot up to 6 hours and cold up to 8 hours.

  • Is Moodka BPA-free?
    Absolutely. All our products are BPA-free, non-toxic, and safe for daily use.
